September 29th I received an email from our realtor about this home. $122,000 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 spacious living rooms, Separate laundry room, a big back yard, 6 fruit trees in the back, and a carport. Now, to some this may sound and look like an awful looking home, but to us and our price range, we walked into this home and just got that..."Feeling" everyone gets when they have found THE ONE. Excited we called the Realtor the minute we saw it and decided to put an offer down. They accepted and we're now in the process of finishing up the paperwork! It's been such an amazing journey, and things have been working out just amazingly!! There are a TON of things we want to change about the home, such as the rose bushes in the front yard. I like grass...it's just that simple. I also want to put a fence up so we can have a puppy, and I want to get new carpets, repaint the place, and wood the Kitchen floor. As much as I like a warm kitchen floor in the winter time, it has to go. For the price, and knowing it's everything we NEED, we LOVE this place!!! It's HOME.
NOW REMEMBER: THESE ARE "BEFORE" PICTURES!! :D "AFTER" PICS COMING SOON!!!
